The Buck Snort’s “Big Easy” Burger Challenge in Council Bluffs, Iowa!!

Friends in the Council Bluffs, Iowa area!! At 6:00pm CST on Monday, May 3, 2021, professional eater Randy Santel will take on the popular “Big Easy” Burger Challenge at The Buck Snort Restaurant and Sports Bar in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The Buck Snort is located at 25 Scott St, Council Bluffs, IA 51503.

The stacked burger consists of 3 different burgers / sandwiches: (1) Swamp Donkey- 1/3 lb patty, brisket, American cheese, onions rings, (2) Non-Typical Buck Burger- 1/3 lb patty with pulled pork, mozzarella cheese sticks, and BBQ sauce, (3) Monster Buck Burger- three 1/3 lb patties, bacon, American and Swiss cheese. The challenge includes 1 pound of their seasoned waffle fries. Challengers have 30 minutes to finish everything. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on the location’s Wall of Fame!!

The food will be brought out around 6:00pm CST and then we will start filming. I will arrive at The Buck Snort about 1 hour early to start getting set up so I can be ready to meet & greet with everyone who arrives beforehand. All of Randy’s Store stuff will be available before and after the challenge, including 5 different options of shirts (S to 3XL), 2 sizes of FC hats (S/M & L/XL), FC Leonidas Bears, and both available editions from Randy’s Atlas Rising comic book series. Cash is preferred, but I will have a Square available to accept all debit/credit cards too. Randy can sign all merchandise purchased as desired, and I will be available for photos before and after the challenge as well. I will have photos to sign for everyone in attendance, and those are free. This will take place inside the restaurant’s dining room so weather is not a concern.
